Sean O'Rourke has been involved with Pancakes For Roger since its inception in 2018. He brings diverse board experience to the organization (both from his own companies and as a member of other company boards). Sean's technology, financial, and management experience will be put to good use, developing quality programs and experiences for as many veterans as possible.

By day, Sean serves as Cyber Liability Consultant for Combs & Company, an insurance brokerage and consultancy headquartered in New York City. Sean joined Combs & Co in 2016 after 20+ years in the IT arena, including 12 years running the technology firm he cofounded. He likes to say he spent 20-plus years trying to keep the bad actors out and now prepares companies to be hacked. Sean is a frequent speaker on the business impacts of cyber events.

When he's not scaring people about cyber dangers, you can find Sean at a CrossFit gym or running a spartan race (he's also a coach for both); you might also find him shooting baskets at the local park. He's an invested sports fan (despite his best efforts), and he's a long-time mentor through Baruch College's Executives on Campus program and at his alma mater, Washington & Lee University.
